Protection Systems
HEMA has been manufacturing machine guarding systems of all types for over 40 years. It offers a wide variety of individually manufactured protective bellows tailored to meet our customers' requirements, as well as complete rear wall systems, roller cover and shutter systems, coil springs, and telescopic steel covers.
Display systems
With this product range, we offer pivoting windows and safety glass for machines, pivoting windows, and LED lighting systems.
The machine's safety windows protect the machine operator from injury and, together with the SPINVISTA rotating windows, provide a permanent view of the work process.
Locking and braking systems
HEMA's locking and braking systems include products for rotating locking in different positions. The technology used uses the energy of flat springs for locking and pneumatic pressure for unlocking (version passive ), and vice versa (version active ).
HEMA offers solutions for both holding a shaft and a moving mass on a linear guide. Our RotoClamp, LinClamp, PClamp, and DiskClamp clamping systems not only have very high clamping torques but also offer high safety.
